| 摘 要： | 目前,国家对法治建设日益重视,公民的法律意识也在逐渐提高。本文初步分析了医学生医学法学教育和医务人员医学法学继续教育的重要性以及医学法学教育的内容和形式,认为医学法学教育对医护人员和医学研究人员是至关重要的,应当纳入医学生的素质教育和在职人员的继续医学教育范围。

| Abstract: | Currently, the state pays increasing attention to legal construction. The consciousness of law of the citizens is also gradually raised. The importance of learning medical law by the medical students, the contents and pattern of medical law education and continuing education are initially analyzed in this article. The author believes that some knowledge of medical law is of vital importance in training stuff of both clinic and medicine research professions. Medical laws should be included in medical education and continuing medical education. |
