大建中汤对脾阳虚大鼠肠系膜微循环功能的影响

研究大建中汤对脾阳虚大鼠微循环的影响。将大鼠随机均分为正常组、模型组、建大组、建小组和理中组 ,用多因素方法建立大鼠脾阳虚模型后 ,分别予生理盐水、大建中汤、附子理中汤灌胃治疗 15天 ,观测各组大鼠肠系膜微循环状况。结果显示 ,建中组、理中组及正常组微循环状况均优于模型组 (P <0 0 1) ,且建大组优于建小组和理中组 (P <0 0 1)。大建中汤能改善大鼠肠系膜微循环 ,且存在明显量效关系 ,可能是其建中作用的机理之一

Effects of Da Jianzhong Decoction on Microcirculation Function in Rats with Spleen-deficiency

Objective :To study the influences of microcirculation of rats with deficiency of spleen yang. Methods :The rats were distributed to 5 groups randomly.Besides normal group,others were duplicated by way of multi factors for 21 days.In following 15 days,they were treated by feeding normal saline,Da Jianzhong decoction and Fuzi Lizhong decoction respectively.The microcirculation parameters were observed. Results :The animal experiment showed that the parameters of microcirculation of treatment groups were obviously superior to the model group′s ( P <0 01),and so do the parameters of Jianda group to Jianxiao and Lizhong group′s. Conclusion :Da Jianzhong decoction can improve the abnormal microcirculation of rats with deficiency of spleen yang,which might be one of mechanism of Jianzhong action.
