| 摘 要： | 对我院2009年的10,574份住院病案的交叉质控情况进行了回顾性的分析与总结,病案交叉质控的重点为对乙级、丙级病案单项否决筛查,以及对病历的完整性检查,对存在问题的病案发出修改通知,结果表明,病案交叉质控有效地促进了我院病案质量的提高。

| Abstract: | Retrospective analysis and summary was conducted on cross quality control of 10574 medical records in our hospital in 2009.Cross quality control of medical records focused on line-item veto screening of medical records with grade B and C as well as integrity inspection in order to issue a revise notice to medical records with problems.Results indicated that cross quality control of medical records effectively promoted the improvement of medical records. |
