| 摘 要： | 中风是以猝然昏仆,不省人事,口眼歪斜,半身不遂,语言謇涩,或仅见口眼歪斜为主要表现的疾病。中风辨证分为中经络、中脏腑两大证型,其中中风中经络又分为肝阳暴亢、风火上扰型,风痰瘀血、闭阻脉络型,痰热腑实、风痰上扰型,气虚血瘀型,阴虚风动型。中医护理在中医理论的指导下强调整体观念、辨证施护,笔者主要就中风中经络的不同证型浅谈中风患者的中医护理。

| Abstract: | Apoplexy is the disease characterized by sudden faint, unconsciousness, facial distortion, hemiplegia and dysphasia or manifested mainly by facial distortion. Apoplexy syndrome differentiation is divided into apoplexy in meridians and Zang - fu or- gans. Apoplexy in meridian is composed of liver yang hyperactivity, disturbance due to wind and fire, wind - phlegm and blood sta- sis blocking collaterals, phlegm - heat accumulation, disturbance due to wind - phlegm, qi deficiency and blood stasis and yin defi- ciency, yin deficiceny causing wind. Under the guidance of Chinese medicine, TCM nursing theory emphasizes the concept of ho- lism and nursing based on sydnrome differentiation. The author analyzed mainly TCM nursing of stroke patients about different syndromes of apoplexy in meridians. |
