黄心分散片的处方工艺研究

摘    要:目的:研究黄心分散片的处方工艺。方法:采用单因素法,以崩解时间为评价指标,筛选黄心分散片的制备工艺,并测定其溶出度。结果:黄心分散片的处方组成为:黄芩苷50%,穿心莲内酯12.5%,MCC22.5%,L-HPC10%,微粉硅胶5%;崩解时间为(75±4)s;黄心分散片中黄芩苷与穿心莲内酯的溶出速度与程度均高于黄心胶囊。结论:该黄心分散片处方合理,工艺可行。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the formulation and technology of Huangxin dispersible tablets. Methods:The single factor method was used and the disintegration time was used as index. The formulation and technology of Huangxin dispersible tablets was selected and the dissolution rate was determined. Results : The optimal condition of Huangxin dispersible tablets were as fol- lows :50% baicalin,12.5% andrographolide,MCC22.5% ,micro - silica gel5% ; the disintegration time was(75 ± 4) s. The dis- solution rate and degree of baicalin and andrographolide in Huangxin dispersible tablets were higher than Huangxin capsules. Con- clusion:This preparation of Huangxin dispersible tablets is reasonable, and the technology is feasible.
