阿昔洛韦不同给药途径治疗成人水痘效果观察

目的观察阿昔洛韦不同途径给药治疗成人水痘的有效性、安全性。方法将56例无严重并发症的成人水痘患者随机分为治疗组（28例）和对照组（28例）,治疗组给予口服阿昔洛韦片剂,对照组给予静脉点滴阿昔洛韦注射液,观察两组用药的临床疗效及安全性。结果治疗组的结痂时间和痊愈时间分别为（5.00±0.98）d和（7.89±1.40）d,对照组的结痂时间和痊愈时间分别为（4.82±1.25）d和（7.46±1.37）d,两组结痂时间和痊愈时间比较差异均无统计学意义（均P〉0.05）;治疗组的1周痊愈率为53.57%,对照组的1周痊愈率为64.29%,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论口服大剂量阿昔洛韦片治疗无严重合并症的成人水痘有效、经济、安全。

Observation of clinical efficacy on different routes of administration of Acyclovir in the treatment of adult varicella

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of different routes of administration of Acyclovir in the treatment of adult varicella.Methods 56 cases of adult varicella without severe complications were randomly divided into treatment group(28 cases) and control group(28 cases).The patients in the treatment group were given Acyclovir by oral administration;the patients in the control group were given Acyclovir by intravenous injection.The clinical efficacy and side effects of the two groups were observed.Results Time of scabbing and healing was(5.00±0.98) days and(7.89±1.40) days in treatment group,and(4.82±1.25) days and(7.46±1.37) days in control group respectively.There were no obvious differences between two groups on scabbing time and healing time(all P > 0.05).There was no obvious difference on one week recovery rate between treatment group(53.57%) and control group(64.29%)(P > 0.05).Conclusion Oral Acyclovir is safe,cheap and effective in adult varicella without severe complications.
