议王好古论治阴证之特点

王好古,元代医家,将伤寒学说与脾胃内伤学说有机地结合而创立阴证学说。认为阴证的病因为外感寒、内饮冷,＂人本气虚＂和＂内已伏阴＂;病机为＂元阳中脱＂;辨证着重三阴阳虚证;治疗亦偏重于温补,善用附子、干姜,并讲究服药时间、方法。其对于阴证的论治,既补充了仲景之学,又发挥了易水学说,至今仍具有较大的实用价值。

Discussion on the characteristic of yin-syndrome of Wang Haogu

Wang Haogu was a famous doctor who born in Yuan Dynasty,established yin-syndrome theory with the combination of Typhoid theory and Internal injury of spleen and stomach theory.He believed that the causes of yin-syndrome were exogenous cold,endogenous cold,deficiency of qi and internal yin-evil;the pathogenesis was internal collapse of yuanyang;the syndrome differentiation mainly on yang deficiency syndrome of three yin meridians and the treatment of yin-syndrome also emphasized on warming and invigorating,he was adept in putting monkshood and dried ginger into application,and was particular about the time and method of taking medicine.His theory and application about yin-syndrome,not only supplemented the theory of Zhang Zhongjing,but also exerted the theory of Yishui School,and still have biggish pragmatic value to this day.
