热毒宁注射液联合阿奇霉素治疗社区获得性肺炎60例

目的研究热毒宁注射液联合阿奇霉素治疗社区获得性肺炎的疗效。方法 120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均使用阿奇霉素静脉滴注,治疗组在此基础上加用热毒宁注射液静脉滴注。用药后,跟踪观察两组疗效、临床表现及不良反应。结果治疗组的治愈率为98.3%,对照组为76.7%;治疗组的总有效率为100.0%,对照组为88.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组退热时间、肺部啰音消失时间、白细胞总数正常率和不良反应比较,差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论热毒宁注射液联合阿奇霉素治疗社区获得性肺炎具有协同作用,疗效显著,且不良反应少。

Reduning Injection combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of 60 cases with community acquired pneumonia

Objective To study the effect of Reduning Injection combined with Azithromycin for treatment of community acquired pneumonia.Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups were provided with intravenous infusion of Azithromycin,while treatment group was added with Reduning Injection additionally,with observation of effects,clinical manifestations and adverse reactions after treatment.Results The cure rate was 98.3% in the treatment group and 76.7% in the control group,and the total efficiency was 100.0% in the the treatment group and 88.3% in the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05).The defervescence time,fading time of lung rale,normal rate of leukocyte count and adverse reactions of the two groups had significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion It has synergistic and marked effect to treat community acquired pneumonia with Reduning Injection joint Azithromycin,and has fewer adverse reactions.
