Dlk-1蛋白在结肠癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的探讨Dlk-1蛋白在结肠癌中的表达及临床意义。方法收集我院53例结肠癌术后病理切片,应用免疫组化的方法检测Dlk-1蛋白在结肠癌组织及19例癌旁正常组织中的表达情况。结果 Dlk-1蛋白在结肠癌组的表达（54.72%）与癌旁正常组织中的表达（0）差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结肠癌中Dlk-1蛋白的阳性表达随着肿瘤组织分化程度的降低而明显升高,随着临床分期的增高而升高。结论 Dlk-1的表达与结肠癌的发生、发展有密切相关,将为临床结肠癌的治疗及预后判断提供新的思路。

Expression of Dlk-1 in colorectal carcinoma and its clinical significance

Objective To explore the expression of Dlk-1 in colorectal carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods The expression of Dlk-1 protein was detected in 53 colorectal carcinoma samples and 19 normal mucosas by immunohistochemistry SP method.The relationship between them was analyzed.Results The positive expression of Dlk-1 protein was 54.72%.But Dlk-1 protein was 0 in normal colorectal tissues.The difference between two groups was statistical significance(P<0.05).Dlk-1 protein expression of colon cancer with the degree of differentiation of tumor tissue was significantly higher with higher clinical stage and increased.Conclusion The expression of Dlk-1 protein was significantly related with colorectal carcinoma,which could supply new ideas to the treatment and prognosis of colorectal carcinoma.
