早期综合康复治疗脑卒中患者疗效观察

目的探讨脑卒中早期介入综合康复疗法对患者肢体的肌张力、运动功能、日常生活活动能力的影响以及治疗疗效比较。方法将本院2006年1月~2011年3月收治的60例脑卒中早期患者随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组使用内科药物保守治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案基础上加用综合康复治疗方法。使用改良的Fugl-Meyer（FMA）上下肢体综合功能评分表、改良的Barthel指数评定表（MBI）、生存质量测定表（WHOQOL-100）、Lindmark评定量表对疗效进行评估。结果治疗组与对照组比较患者治疗后FMA、MBI、生存质量、Lindmark评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论早期综合康复疗法的介入能缓解脑卒中患者运动功能障碍,提高其日常生活活动能力,使患者的生存质量有所改善。

Observation of curative effects of early comprehensive rehabilitation in the treatment of patients with stroke

Objective To investigate the influence of early comprehensive stroke intervention treatment on patients’ limb muscle tone,motor function and ability of daily living activities and to compare the treatment efficacy.Methods A total of 60 patients with early stroke treated in our hospital from January 2006 to March 2011 were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group.The control group was given conservative treatment of internal medicine,while the observation group was given additional comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on the basis of the control group.The curative effects were evaluated by the improved Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA) of upper and lower limb comprehensive functions,modified Barthel index(MBI) rating scale,World Health Organization quality of life rating scale(WHOQOL-100) and Lindmark rating scale.Results After treatment,the observation group and the control group were significantly different in the FMA,MBI,quality of life and Lindmark scores(P < 0.05);the effect of the observation group was superior to the control group.Conclusion Early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment can relieve the motor dysfunction of patients with stroke,improve patients’ ability of daily living activities and improve patients’ quality of life.
