摘    要:本研究从公立医院坚持公益性角度出发,运用Pearson相关分析法分析了医院绩效管理工作中各指标间的相互逻辑关系,采用专家访谈、认可度调查和权值因子判断表法,最终确定了6类51项指标及权重。绩效考核工作能否取得满意效果,不仅依赖于考核体系本身,也依赖于政府、医院和社会全方位的参与和支持。

Abstract:Based on public benefit,this study uses Pearson correlation analysis to analyze the logical relationship between indexes,and uses the ways of expert interview and questionnaire to patients and staff and weights factor judge table to establish 6 categories 51 performance indexes.This study considered that whether performance evaluation can get satisfactory effect,not only depends on the evaluation system itself,but also on the participation and support from government,hospitals and social.
