| 摘 要： | 目的探讨剖宫产术后合并高脂血症并发重症胰腺炎的护理方法和效果。方法通过对1例剖宫产术后合并高脂血症并发重症胰腺炎患者做好心理护理、基础护理、病情的监测、营养支持、健康指导及并发症的观察与护理。结果患者康复出院。结论加强孕妇管理,定期产前检查,做好健康教育减少并发症的发生,保障母儿的健康。护士做好细致安全的护理,是患者早日康复出院的重要条件。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore nursing method and effect of accompanied hyperlipidemia and severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) after cesarean section.Methods A series of measures like psychological nursing,basic nursing,condition monitoring,health guidance,and observation and nursing of complications were offered to this patient after cesarean section with the complication of hyperlipidemia and SAP.Results The patient was discharged on a total recovery.Conclusion In order to keep mother’s and baby’s health,management of pregnant woman should be strengthened,regular antenatal examinations are persisted,and health education to decrease possibility of complication is necessary.In addition,meticulous nursing is a key factor for patient to be discharged in full recovery as soon as possible. |
