腹腔镜与经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床对比研究

目的探讨腹腔镜下与经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果。方法 168例子宫肌瘤患者按入院的先后顺序等分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术,对照组采用经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术,比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后恢复情况等。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、肠道排气时间、术后住院时间等均低于对照组（均P〈0.05）。两组的并发症发生率、6个月复发率差异均无统计学意义（均P〉0.05）。结论腹腔镜手术治疗子宫肌瘤具有手术时间短、术中出血少、术后恢复快等优点,值得临床推广。

Clinical comparison study of laparoscopic and transvaginal myomectomy

Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic and transvaginal myomectomy in treatment of uterine myoma.Methods 168 cases of uterine fibroids were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of admission,each had 84 cases.The observation group was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy,the control group was received transvaginal myomectomy in treatment.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative recovery were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,intestinal exhaust time,hospital stay in observation group were all lower than control group(all P < 0.05),but the differences were all no significant of operation complication rate and 6-month recurrence rate between the two groups(all P > 0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic operation for the treatment of uterine fibroids has short operation time,less intraoperative blood loss and rapid postoperative recovery which is worthy of clinical application.
