载脂蛋白A5与冠状动脉病变Gensini积分的相关性研究

目的探讨冠心病（CHD）患者血清载脂蛋白A5（apoA5）水平变化及其与冠状动脉病变Gensini积分的相关性。方法检测134例CHD患者（CHD组）及55例健康体检者（对照组）血清中apoA5、总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）水平,并进行冠状动脉病变Gensini积分评定,分析其血脂水平及apoA5与冠状动脉病变的关系。结果 CHD组血清TG、LDL-C水平显著高于对照组（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）,血清HDL-C、apoA5水平显著低于对照组（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;Pearson相关性分析发现,CHD组血清TG、LDL-C水平与冠状动脉病变Gensini积分显著正相关（P〈0.05）,HDL-C、apoA5水平与冠状动脉病变Gensini积分显著负相关（P〈0.05）;而apoA5与TG呈负相关（r=-0.337,P=0.011）,与HDL-C呈正相关（r=0.459,P=0.008）。结论 CHD患者血清apoA5与Gensini积分密切相关,其水平降低与冠状动脉病变程度加重显著相关。

Correlation between Apolipoprotein A5 level and Gensini score in patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum apolipoproteinA5 level and coronary artery lesions and Gensini score in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods The level of serum apolipoprotein A5(apoA5),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) were examined in 134 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) and 55 healthy control subjects.Gensini score was calculated according to the coronary pathological characteristics showed by angiography.The correlations of serum lipid level with coronary artery lesion and Gensini score were analyzed.Results Compared with control group,TG and LDL-C level of CHD group were higher(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05),HDL-C and apoA5 were lower(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).Pearson correlation analysis showed that Gensini score were positively related to TG and LDL-C(P < 0.05) and negatively and significantly related to HDL-C and apoA5(P < 0.05);Through further analysis,among CHD group,an negative correlation was found between apoA5 and TG(r =-0.337,P = 0.011) and a positive correlation was found between apoA5 and HDL-C(r = 0.459,P = 0.008).Conclusion There is a closely correlation between apoA5 and Gensini score and the decrease of apoA5 level in patients with CHD is strong positively correlated with coronary artery lesion.
