树突状细胞联合细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞治疗恶性肿瘤的护理干预

目的探讨护理干预对树突状细胞（DC）联合细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞（CIK）治疗恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法选取我院2009年1月～2011年6月收治的恶性肿瘤患者164例，抽取患者外周静脉血80mL，经体外分离和培养DC＋CIK细胞后，使用带有滤过网的输血器进行静脉回输。将所有患者随机分为两组，采用常规护理患者82例为对照组，采刖护理干预患者82例为观察组。比较两组患者护理干预后的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率（62．2％）明显高于对照组（45．1％），观察组不良反应发生率（11．0％）明显低于对照组（23．2％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对采用树突状细胞联合细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞治疗恶性肿瘤的患者进行有效的护理干预，不仅可以明显改善患者的生活质量，还能大幅降低不良反应发生率，值得临床推广。

Nursing intervention on dendritic cells and cytokine-induced killer cells in the treatment of malignant tumor

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nursing intervention on dendritic cells(DC) and cytokine-induced killer cells(CIK) in the treatment of malignant tumor.Methods 164 cancer patients were selected in our hospital from January 2009 to June 2011.Patients were drawn peripheral venous blood 80 mL.After the treatment of vitro isolation and cultivation of dendritic cells and cytokine-induced killer cells,blood transfusion apparatus with filtration net was used for venous transfusion.All patients were randomly divided into two groups.82 patients used conventional nursing as the control group.82 patients used nursing intervention as the observation group.Clinical efficacy of two groups were compared after the nursing intervention.Results The total effective rate in the observation group(62.2%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(45.1%).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(11.0%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(23.2%).The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion The effective nursing intervention on malignant tumor patients in the treatment with dendritic cells and cytokine-induced killer cells not only can improve the quality of life of patients,but also can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
