慢性乙型肝炎患者血清脂联素水平及其临床意义

目的研究慢性乙型肝炎（CHB,简称慢性乙肝）患者外周血脂联素水平及意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测60例CHB患者（轻度、中度和重度各20例）和20例健康体检者血清中脂联素水平,并测定丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）水平,对脂联素和肝功能损伤程度的相关性进行分析。结果 CHB轻、中度组患者血清脂联素水平与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义（均P〉0.05）,但重度组显著升高（P〈0.01）。脂联素水平与ALT和AST水平呈正相关（均P〈0.01）。结论血清脂联素水平与肝损害程度密切相关,提示脂联素可能参与了机体对抗炎症、保护肝脏功能的过程。

Clinical significance of serum levels of adiponectin in patients with chronic hepatitis B

Objective To study the clinical significance of the serum adiponectin levels in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods The ELISA was used to detect the serum levels of adiponectin in 60 patients with CHB(mild in 20 cases,moderate in 20 cases and severe in 20 cases) and 20 healthy subjects.The levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase(AST) were also measured and the correlation between serum levels of adiponectin and liver function were analysed.Results The differences between patients in mild and moderate CHB and the control group were all not statistically significant(all P > 0.05);but there was a significant higher serum level of adiponectin in patients with severe CHB(P < 0.01).In addition,the serum adiponectin and ALT and AST levels were positively correlated(P < 0.01).Conclusion The relationship between serum adiponectin levels and liver damage is positive,and adiponectin may participate in the progress of anti-inflammation,and protect the liver function.
