医疗责任保险在医院管理中的应用探讨

多年来随着医患纠纷在我国医院的增多、患者医学知识的增加及法律意识的增强,索赔事件大幅度增加,给医院管理带来了巨大的压力。医疗纠纷已成为医院管理者关注的重点、热点,而医疗责任保险在医院的开展和应用已受到医院管理者高度的重视。本文中笔者主要是通过我院医疗纠纷发生后的处理情况,重点探讨医疗责任保险在处理医疗纠纷中的应用,旨在为广大医院管理人员在医疗责任保险的应用方面提供经验,以供借鉴。

Application of medical liability insurance in hospital administration

Over the years,with the increase of medical disputes and the enhancement of medical knowledge and legal awareness of patients,the claim events have been increased substantially,which has brought great pressure to hospital administration.Medical dispute has become the focus and hot concern of hospital managers,and medical liability insurance in the hospital development and application has been a high degree of attention of hospital administrators.In this paper the author mainly through the treatment after our medical disputes occurred,discusses the application of medical liability insurance in dealing with medical disputes,and aims to provide the experience in application of medical liability insurance with the hospital management personnel.
