血细胞分析仪测定红细胞与血小板计数的临床应用

目的探讨血细胞分析仪测定红细胞与血小板计数在临床中的应用。方法选取我院2009年6月~2010年12月收治的50例慢性乙肝的患者（慢性乙肝组）、50例肝硬化患者（肝硬化组）及50例健康体检者（正常组）为研究对象,采用血细胞分析仪测定其红细胞计数（RBC）和血小板计数（PLT）。结果慢性乙肝组、肝硬化组的RBC与PLT均显著低于正常组（P〈0.05）,且肝硬化组的RBC、PLT又显著低于慢性乙肝组（P〈0.05）。经治疗后慢性乙肝组、肝硬化组的RBC、PLT较治疗前显著上升（P〈0.05）,肝硬化死亡组的RBC、PLT显著低于存活组（P〈0.05）。结论血细胞分析仪测定RBC与PLT能够为肝脏疾病的病情进展、治疗情况和严重程度提供重要的参考指标,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Clinical application of blood cell analyzer for the determination of red blood cell and platelet count

Objective To investigate the clinical application of blood cell analyzer for the determination of red blood cell and platelet count.Methods 50 patients with chronic hepatitis(chronic hepatitis group),50 patients with liver cirrhosis(liver cirrhosis group) and 50 healthy subjects(normal group) in our hospital from June 2009 to December 2010 were selected as the research object,the red blood cell(RBC) and platelet(PLT) were determined by blood cell analyzer.Results RBC and PLT in chronic hepatitis group,liver cirrhosis group were significantly lower than those in normal group(P < 0.05),and liver cirrhosis group RBC,PLT was significantly lower than that of chronic hepatitis B group(P < 0.05).After the treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver cirrhosis group,group RBC,PLT significantly increased(P < 0.05),liver cirrhosis deaths group RBC,PLT were significantly lower than those of the survival group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The blood cell analyzer for the determination of RBC and PLT are important reference index for progression,treatment and severity in liver disease,it has high value in clinical application.
