456例住院精神分裂症患者代谢综合征的调查

目的调查住院精神分裂症患者代谢综合征（metabolicsyndrome，MS）的患病率并分析其相关影响因素，为临床提供参考依据。方法对北京民康医院所有住院的精神分裂症患者进行调查，调查性别、年龄等人文情况，并测定其代谢指标，采用2004年中华医学会糖尿病分会代谢综合征诊断标准。结果共调查精神分裂症患者456人，严格依从诊断标准，结果精神分裂症代谢综合征的检出率为36．84％（168／456），其中男性MS检出率为31．25％，女性MS检出率为44．00％，男女性之间有显著差异。经Logistic回归分析显示，性别、年龄、体重指数（bodymassindex，BMI）对精神分裂症是否合并代谢综合征有显著性影响。结论女性精神分裂症患者代谢综合征患病率较男性高，尤其肥胖女性患者代谢综合征的患病率更高。

Investigation of 456 hospitalized patients of schizophrenia with metabolic syndrome

Objective To investigate the prevalence of schizophrenia patients with metabolic syndrome(MS) and to analyze the related factors in order to provide a reference for clinical.Methods The hospitalized patients of schizophrenia with MS in Beijing Minkang hospital were all accepted the investigation and measurement of metabolic indicators.The investigation included gender,age and other humanities.The diagnostic criterion of 2004 Chinese medical sssociation diabetes branch of the metabolic syndrome was utilized.Results Strictly complied with the diagnostic criteria,the detection rate of schizophrenia MS was 36.84%(168/456),among it,the detection rate of male MS was 31.25% and female MS was 44.00%,there was significant differences between male and female.Logistic regression analysis: gender,age,BMI significantly affects schizophrenia with metabolic syndrome.Conclusion The prevalence of female schizophrenia with MS is higher than that of male,in particularly,the prevalence of obese female patients is much higher.
