| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨大鼠早期糖尿病视网膜毛细血管细胞凋亡 ,并观测凋亡相关基因 (Bax、Bcl 2 )的表达。方法 选择健康成年Wistar大鼠一次性腹腔注射链脲佐菌素 (STZ)诱发大鼠糖尿病 ,将视网膜血管网和眼杯进行染色后 ,镜下观察。结果 TUNEL法标记的阳性周细胞核染色质分布不均 ,表现为环形、新月形核等典型的凋亡细胞特征 ;ABC法染色发现Bax和Bcl 2基因蛋白均存在视网膜血管表达。结论 早期糖尿病大鼠视网膜、毛细血管周细胞丧失的性质为细胞凋亡 ,内皮细胞亦存在凋亡 ,Bax和Bcl 2表达增强

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the cellular apoptosis of retinal capillaries in rats with diabetes and observe corresponding genetic expression (Bax,Bcl 2).Methods Choose healthy,adult Wistar rats for disposable injection of SIZ in abdomenal cavity to induce diabetes.Retinal vascular nets and eyecups were stained for observation under lens.Results TUNEl labelled,positive chromatin of pericyte nucleus was maldistributed with characteristics of circular and crescent nucleus.Through ABC staining method,Bax and Bcl 2 genetic albumen was expressed in retinal blood vessels.Conclusion The property of pericyte loss of retina and capillary in rats with early stage diabetes was apoptosis,which also existed in endothelial cells.Bax and Bcl 2 expression was strengthened. |
