胸腰段椎体内压力分布与骨折的相关性研究

摘    要:目的 探讨人体胸腰段椎体内部受力情况并进行相关临床问题研究。方法 采用7具湿润人体脊柱胸腰段标本(T11~L3),在L4椎体中段水平截断,断端间隙放置超低压型压敏膜,对整个标本进行轴向、前屈加载测试。压敏膜图像运用图像处理系统分析。结果 椎体在轴向加载和前屈加载时,内在压力分布不同,压力中心不同,轴向加载时椎体后部中央压力反应最显著,前屈加载时椎体前部中央压力反应最显著。结论 胸腰段椎体不同内部受

Abstract:Objective To study the pressure in infra-vertebral body and analyze related clinic problems. Methods Wet human thoracolumbar spinal specimen (T 11 -L 3) was used and one of the vertebral body (L 1) was transected, then, the pressure sensitive film was located in the transection fissure. The pressure-load test was performed. After that, all the film graphs were statistically analyzed by computer graph-analysis software. Results The pressure reaction changed dramatically in the posterior part of the vertebral body during central loading and in the anterior part of the body during anteflexion loading test. Conclusions Most direct factors of fracture type lie in the pressure changes of vertebral body and the changes are highly related to clinical injuries.
