慢性肺心病患者氧自由基代谢及其意义

摘    要:测定9例慢阻肺、30例肺心病及20例正常人的血浆LPO含量和红细胞SOD活性,并对其临床意义进行了初步探讨。结果显示慢阻肺、肺心病组LPO水平增高、SOD活性降低,肺心病急性期LPO水平和SOD活性分别高于和低于缓解期;PaO2与LPO水平无相关,与SOD活性呈正相关,LPO水平与mPAP呈正相关。提示慢阻肺、肺心病患者存在自由基代谢紊乱,自由基及其引发的脂质过氧化在肺动脉高压发病中可能有一定意义。

Abstract:The levels of plasma lipid peroxide(LOP) and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity of red blood cells were measured among 9 cases of chronic obstractive pulmonary disease(COPD) 30 cases of pulmonary heart disease(PHD) and 20 normal cases and their clinical significance was primarily discussed.The results showed that the levels of LPO of both groups of COPD and PHD were increased with their SOD activity decreased,in the course of acute stage of PHD,the levels of LPO and SOD activity were higher and lower than that in the remission stage respectively,PaO2 had no correlation with the levels of LPO, but had positive correlation with SOD activity, The levels of LPO had positive correlation with mPAP.It is suggested that cases with COPD and PHD have free radical metaabolism disorders and that free radicals and free radical-initiated LPO may have a sigmificant role in the incidence of pulmonary hyperteusion.
