郊区全科教学门诊模式的建立与实践

为了提高社区全科医师临床诊疗能力及师资带教水平，西渡社区卫生服务中心依托复旦大学附属中山医院于2015年5月成立了中山-西渡全科教学门诊，经过近1年的实践，已初见成效。本文将从开设全科教学门诊的必要性、设置和规范、存在问题和今后发展方向进行分析和总结。

Establishment and practice of the model of general practice teaching out-patient clinic in rural areas

In order to improve the ability of clinical diagnosis and treatment of the community general practitioners and the teaching level of the teachers, Xidu Community Health Service Center has established Zhongshan -Xidu General Teaching Out-Patient Clinic relying on Zhongshan Hospital afifliated to Fudan University in May 2015. After one year practice, the initial success has been achieved. This article will analyze and summarize the necessity, setting and standardization, existing problems and the future development of the General Teaching Out-Patient Clinic.
