| 摘 要： | 本文介绍扶正化瘀制剂（胶囊/片剂）抗肝纤维化和肝硬化，联合抗乙型肝炎病毒核苷（酸）类似物治疗慢性乙型肝炎及其肝硬化，联合其他药物治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化和非酒精性脂肪性肝炎，以及治疗肝硬化相关的门静脉高压和代谢障碍等的临床疗效，并介绍扶正化瘀片在美国进行的用于抗慢性丙型肝炎肝纤维化的Ⅱ期临床试验情况。

Clinical effects of Fuzhen Huayu preparations on anti-hepatic ifbrosis and chronic liver diseases |

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the clinical effects of Fuzhen Huayu preparations (capsule/tablet) on anti-hepatic ifbrosis and liver cirrhosis. They can treat chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis when combining with nucleos(t)ide analogues, primary biliary cirrhosis and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis when combining with other drugs and cirrhosis-associated portal hypertension and metabolic disorders. The phase II clinical trial of Fuzhen Huayu tablet for anti-ifbrosis of chronic hepatitis C patients in the United States is introduced as well. |
