实验性氟中毒小鼠微核率的研究

摘    要:
目的 探讨高氟对小鼠微核率的影响。方法 实验组小鼠饮用不同浓度的含氟水,对照组小鼠饮用正常自来水,比较两组小鼠的微核率,用χ^2检验方法作显性检验。结果 实验组中饮用高氟水小鼠的微核率明显高于对照组,有显性差异(P〈0.05);小鼠微核率与饮水含氟量有明显相关性(P〈0.05)。结论 高氟可增高小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞的微核率,说明高氟对小鼠的染色体有损伤作用,高氟可能是致突变物。

Abstract:
A ltest of chronic fluorosis was done in mice to study the effects of high - fluorine on micronucleus rate in mice.The mice of test group drink water with fluorine and the mice of control group drink running water. The signifi- cance test was conduce with the x2-test. The results showed that the micronucleus rate of the mice drinking high- fluo- rine water were higher than those of control group and the difference was obvious(P < 0.05). The micronucleus late of mice showed the obvious correlativity with the quantity of fluorine in the water(P < 0.05). The high- fluorine may make the micronucleus rate of mice PCE increased, it showed that the high - fluorine can dameage the chromosome. The high - fluorine may be the mutagenic material.
