| 摘 要： | 采用中西医结合的方法治疗缺血性中风86例，并设单用西药治疗86例为对照组，结果，治疗组基本治愈46例，显效25例，好转9例，无效6例，显效率为82．56％，总有效率为93．02％，对照组基本治愈25例，显效22例，好转13例，无效26例，显效率54．65％，总有效率69．77％，两组显效率，总有效率比较有显著性差异（P＜0．001）。

| Abstract: | Eighty six cases of ischemic apoplexy were treated with combined TCM and WM,and 86 cases only treated with WM were set up as the control group.Results:In the treatment group,46 cases were cured,25 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective and 6 cases were ineffective.The marked effective rate was 82.56% and the total effective rate was 93.02%.In the control group,25 cases were cured,22 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective and 26 cases were ineffective.The marked effective rate was 54.65% and the total effective rate was 69.77%.The difference between the total effective rate and the marked effective rate were significant(P<0 001). |
