68例HIV感染者的心理分析和干预

目的探讨HIV感染者的心理状况并进行干预。方法采用问卷调查方法,对HIV感染者的心理状况进行分析,实施个体化的心理干预。结果HIV感染者均存在严重的心理障碍和不同程度的性格缺陷,在有条件的医院都应开展艾滋病自愿咨询工作,通过有效的心理干预,及时缓减其心理压力。结论医务人员在对HIV感染者进行药物治疗的同时还应重视交流沟通,了解其心理状态并及时进行心理干预,提高HIV感染者的生活信心和生存质量。

Psychological analysis and intervention on the 68 HIV infectors

Objective To study on the psychological status of the HIV infectors and make intervention with them by the questionnaire. Method Thus analyzed on their psychological status and carried out psychological intervention individually. Results Showed that there were serious psychological obstacle and character defects with different degree in them. HIV voluntary counseling should be developed in qualified hospital,in order to relieve patients＇ psychological pressure timely by effective psychological intervention. Conclusion It was necessary for medical staff to pay attention to communicate with the HIV infectors while they were treated by the drug therapy,their psychological status should be investigated and the psychological intervention should be carried out timely,then the confidence and the quality could be enhanced in their lives.
