Survivin在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达及意义的研究

目的 研究Sunvivn在子宫内膜腺癌发生、发展中的作用。方法 应用免疫组化技术S—P法检测10例正常子宫内膜、10例不典型增生子宫内膜、60例子宫内膜腺癌中的表达，并分析其与子宫内膜腺癌临床病理参数的关系。结果 survivin蛋白在正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜不典型增生、子宫内膜腺癌中的阳性表达逐渐增强，统计学上有显著差异(P＜0．05)，内膜腺癌和不典型增生子宫内膜中Survivin的表达显著高于正常内膜(P＜0．05)。60例子宫内膜癌组织中，Survivin的表达强度与临床分期、肌层浸润深度及淋巴结有无转移呈正相关(P＜0．01，P＜0．01，P＜0．05)，与分化程度无关。结论Survivin在子宫内膜癌的发生发展中起重要作用，其检测可为子宫内膜癌的早期诊断、进一步治疗及预后判断提供必要的理论依据。

Study on the Expression and Clinical Significance of Survivin in Endometrial Adenocarcinoma of Uterus

Objective To study the effects of Survivin gene expression on oncogenesis and clinical significance of endometrial adenocarcinoma. Methods The expression of Survivin gene was detected with the S-P immunohistochemistry method in 10 cases of normal endometrium, 10 cases of atypical hyperplastic endometrium and 60 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma. The relationship between the gene expression and clinicopathological fetures were analyzed. Results The expression of Survivin increased progressively from normal and atypical hyperplastic endometrium to carcinoma with significant difference ( P <0.05). The expression of Survivin in atypical hyperplasia endometrium and carcinoma was much higher than that in normal endometrium ( P <0.05). The expression of Survivin in the 60 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma was significantly associated with the clinical stage, myometrial invasion and lymph node metastasis ( P <0.01; P <0.01 and P <0.05 respectively), but no distinct difference was found in different histological grades. Conclusion Our study suggests that Survivin plays an important role in the oncogenesis and progression of endometrial adenocarcinoma. Detection of the Survivin proteins may have potential effects on the early diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of endometrial adenocarcinoma.
