阜阳市医疗机构消毒工作质量监测结果分析

1993— 1999年对辖区医疗机构消毒质量监测 ,采样检测合格率 ,市级高于县级 ,县级高于乡镇级 ,差别显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。对县以上医疗机构加强消毒管理前后 ,消毒质量明显提高 (P <0 .0 5 )。各县市 (区 )近年监测结果表明 ,不同地区、级别医疗机构消毒质量参差不齐。一些县、市仍存在较多消毒问题。提出了加强消毒知识培训、健全消毒规章制度、改善更新消毒设备和方法、加强消毒工作监测管理是预防和减少医源性感染的有效手段

Analysis of Surveillance on Medical Institution disinfection Quality in Fuyang

Medical institutions' disinfection quality was monitored from 1993-1999. The results showed that qualified rate of samples of municipal level medical institutions was higher than that of county level medical institutions; the rate of county level medical institutions was higher than that of township medical institutions. There were significant differences between them. Disinfection quality improved remarkably after disinfection management of medical institutions at county and above levels were intensified (P<0.05). Surveillance results in recent years indicated that disinfection quality was different in different places and at different level medical institutions. Many problems were still in some counties. In order to prevent and reduce infection in hospital, disinfection training should be strengthened, rules and regulations of diinfection should be established, disinfectant equipment and methods should be renewed, and disinfection monitoring should be enhanced.
