| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨多囊卵巢患者中医证候及其分类症状分布规律。方法:100例PCOS患者按中医证候分为肾虚、肝郁、痰阻3组,并观察中医证候和症状分布规律。结果:中医证候出现频率为肾虚型37例(37%),肝郁型34例(34%),痰阻型29例(29%),不同证候的分类症状出现的频次各不相同。结论:PCOS患者中医证候的发生以肾虚型最多,分类症状出现的频次各有特点,总的来说大多以月经不调和不孕为主要共同症状。
