血管内皮生长因子-C在胃癌中的表达及意义

目的：检测血管内皮生长因子-C（ VEGF-C）在正常胃黏膜及胃癌中的表达情况及其与胃癌侵袭转移的关系。方法应用SP免疫组织化学技术检测VEGF-C在正常胃黏膜及胃癌组织中的表达情况。结果 VEGF-C在正常胃黏膜中阴性表达，在胃癌组织中表达阳性率为71．7％（33/46），显著高于正常胃组织（P＜0．05）。 VEGF-C 阳性表达与胃癌淋巴结转移、临床分期、浸润深度相关（P＜0．05），与肿瘤大小及分化程度无关（P＞0．05）。结论 VEGF-C的阳性表达与胃癌的组织学分级、浸润深度、淋巴结转移密切相关，VEGF-C可以作为判断胃癌患者预后的指标。

The Expression and Significance of VEGF-C in the Gastric Carcinoma

Objective To detect the expression of VEGF-C in normal gastric mucosa and gastric carcinoma ,as well as the rela-tionship between VEGF-C and invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma .Methods The expression of VEGF-C in the tissue of normal gas-tric and gastric carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemistry technique .Results The expression of VEGF-C in the tissue of normal gas-tric was negative ,while the expression of VEGF-C in the tissue of gastric carcinoma was 71.7%,which was obviously higher than that in nor-mal gastric.The positive expression of VEGF-C was related with the lymph node metastasis ,the clinical stages and the invasion depth of gas-tric carcinoma,with P〈0.05,while there was nothing to do with the size of tumor and the degree of differentiation ,with P〉0.05.Conclu-sion The positive expression of VEGF-C was closely related with the histological grading ,the invasion depth and the lymph node metastasis of gastric carcinoma .VEGF-C can be used to evaluate the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer .
