| 摘 要： | 目的比较原发性膜性肾病患者和健康人的尿足细胞数,探讨尿足细胞与原发性膜性肾病之间的关系,为进一步探索原发性膜性肾病的发病机制做铺垫。方法采用间接免疫荧光法以抗PCX单克隆抗体对尿沉渣进行染色。对比40例原发性膜性肾病患者及健康体检者尿足细胞数,比较不同病理分期膜性肾病患者的尿足细胞数。结果实验组患者尿足细胞数明显高于对照组,Ⅱ期和Ⅲ期膜性肾病患者尿足细胞数较Ⅰ期膜性肾病患者明显减少。结论原发性膜性肾病患者尿足细胞数较正常人升高。在膜性肾病早期尿足细胞数较多,随着病理改变的加重尿足细胞数减少。
