左乙拉西坦治疗儿童癫痫的疗效及安全性观察

目的：研究左乙拉西坦对于不同类型癫痫患儿的临床疗效及其安全性。方法：将各种不同发作类型的64例癫痫患儿分为单药治疗组47例和添加治疗组17例。单药治疗组应用左乙拉西坦治疗，添加治疗组因之前用药未能控制癫痫发作进而添加左乙拉西坦进行联合治疗，观察两组治疗结果。结果：单药治疗组有效率为83％（39／47例），添加治疗组为65％（11／17例），两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义（x2=1．48，P〉0．05）。部分性发作总有效率为85％（34／40例），全面性发作总有效率为63％（15／24例），二者比较差异有统计学意义（x2=4．23，P〈0．05）。此外，简单部分性发作、复杂部分性发作、部分性发作继发全面性发作、婴儿痉挛、强直阵挛发作以及肌阵挛发作的有效率均在60％以上。单药治疗组与添加治疗组不良反应均较少且轻微，差异无统计学意义（x2=0．05，P〉0．05）。结论：左乙拉西坦治疗儿童各型癫痫均有良好的疗效，不良反应少。

The effects and security of levetiracetam in children with epilepsy

Objective：To explore the effect and security of Levetiracetam for children with different kinds of epilepsy. Methods： Sixty-four patients were divided into the monotherapy group （n=47） and the add-on therapy group（n= 17）. The monotherapy group was given Levetiracetam. When seizures were not controlled by other AEDs, the patients received levetiracetam as add-on therapy. All patients were followed up for 6 months to establish the effect and security. Results; The effective rate of the monotherapy group was 83 %（39/47）, and the add-on therapy group was 65 % （11/17）. No significant difference in effective rate was found between the two groups （X2 = 1.48, P〉0. 05）. The effective rate of patial seizures in the two groups was 85%（34/40）, and of general seizures was 63% （15/24）. There was significant difference in effective rate on various epilepsy （X2 = 4.23, P〈0.05）. Moreover, the effectiveness in partial epilepsy, West syndrome, tonic clonic seizure, and myoclonic seizure was more than 60%. The side effect of both monotherapy group and add-on therapy were less and mild, and there was no significant difference（x2=0.05, P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Levetiracetam has satisfactory effect and fewer side effect for children with different kinds of epilepsy.
