| 摘 要： | 本文总结了经ＣＴ检查并经手术及病理证实的无功能胰岛细胞瘤９例，分析其ＣＴ征象，指出典型的无功能胰岛细胞瘤瘤体较大，对周围脏器有推压征象，ＣＴ平扫为低密度肿块病变，大多数病例瘤体内可有不同程度的钙化。造影后病变无明显增强，其包膜有间断的不规则增强。同时作者还强调本病青年女性多见，胃肠钡餐检查对鉴别胃源性肿块也很重要。

| Abstract: | CT findings of 9 patients with pathologically proved non-functionally islet cell tumor were assessed.The tumors were large in size and hypodense with various degree cal-cification.On postcontrast images tumors were hyperdense with irregular enhancement of capsule.The important of barium meal examination of gastrointestinal for differen-tiation of stomach tumor were emphasized. |
