云南白族高血压健康知识调查及教育

目的:调查云南部分白族群众对高血压健康知识的认知度并进行针对性的健康教育。方法:用自行设计的问卷表对100名白族群众进行高血压健康知识认知度的调查并进行面对面的健康教育。结果:白族群众对高血压健康知识明显缺乏,了解高血压诊断标准的为29%,知道高血压危险因素的为32.5%,高血压饮食的为47.2%,高血压治疗知识的为34%,对健康教育迫切需求。结论:应加强白族群众高血压健康知识的教育,降低心血管疾病的发病率。

Survey of cognition of hypertension in persons of Bai nationality in Yunnan province

Objective:To study the cognition of hypertension in persons of the Bai nationality in Yunnan province and make pertinent health education on the knowledge of hypertension.Methods:With the questionnaires designed by us,the cognition of hypertension with 100 people from the Bai nationality was surveyed and then taught them the knowledge of hypertension face to face.Results:The survey result show a lack of cognition of hypertension:Persons understood the diagnosis standard of hypertension accounted 29%,to know the risk factor,food and drink,therapy information of hypertension accounted 32.5%,47.2%,34% respectively.There was an urgent need for health education.Conclusion:Must strengthen the education about hypertension to the peoples of Bai nationality to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular disease on them.
