基因检测在卵巢癌研究中的进展

摘    要:细胞凋亡是细胞参与自身死亡的单一细胞缺失过程,对肿瘤的形成和发展起重要作用。凋亡的内源调控因素主要是凋亡相关基因及其产物。本文综述凋亡相关基因nm23、p27、p53、bcl-2、bax、C-erbB-2在卵巢癌中的表达及其与肿瘤发生、发展及与治疗效果和预后的研究进展。

Abstract:Cell apoptosis is a procedure of single cell death which is determined by cell itself,playing an important role in the formation and development of neoplasm.The main endogenetic modulating factors are apoptosis-related genes and their products.This article reviews the genes associated with apoptosis such as nm23,p27,p53,bcl-2 and bax about their expression in ovarian cancer and their relationship with tumor in genesis / development,therapeutic efficacy and prognosis.
