摘 要: | 目的:分析后路减压后椎弓根螺钉内固定联合椎体间植骨融合治疗退行性腰椎滑脱的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院62例退行性腰椎滑脱患者的临床资料,患者均接受手术腰椎复位且行椎弓根螺钉进行内固定与椎体间自体髂骨融合术,所有患者术后均随访1年以上。结果:术后患者JOA评分均较术前显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。术后患者JOA评分显效55例(88.71%)、有效4例(6.45%),总有效率为95.16%。滑脱复位疗效评价结果显示,解剖复位55例(88.71%)、有效4例(6.45%),恢复各情况之间比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。椎体融合疗效评价各组之间比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:行后路减压椎弓根螺钉内固定联合植骨融合对退行性腰椎滑脱的治疗疗效十分显著。

Pedicle screw fixation combined with bone graft fusion and analysis of clinical efficacy of the treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis |

Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effect of treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis with pedicle screw fixation combined with interbody fusion after posterior decompression. Methods: Retrospective analysis of our hospital 62 cases of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis patients clinical data. Lumbar reduction operation and pedicle screw fixation, and interbody autologous iliac bone graft fusion was used, all the patients were followed up for more than 1 years. Results: The postoperative JOA scores were significantly improved than before the operation, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). 55 patients had JOA score after operation (88.71 % ), effective in 4 cases (6.45 %), the total efficiency is 95.16 %. Evaluation results show reduction effect is no significant differences between (P〈0.05). Vertebral fusion effect evaluation results show, interbody fusion in 53 cases (85.48%), vertebral basic fixation in 6 cases (9.68%), to restore the situation of no significant differences between (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Posterior decompression and pedicle screw fixation combined with bone graft fusion effect in the treatment of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis is very significant. |
