大黄对心肌缺血再灌注损伤引起的胰岛素抵抗的改善作用

摘    要:目的观察大黄是否对由于心肌缺血再灌注损伤导致的胰岛素抵抗有改善作用。方法成年雄性家兔20只,随机分为两组:心肌缺血再灌注组(对照组)和大黄治疗组(实验组)。实验组0.5%大黄液5ml灌胃,1次/d,连续5d,对照组等量0.9%氯化钠注射液灌胃,1次/d,连续5d。建立大鼠在体心肌缺血再灌注模型。测定血清葡萄糖、胰岛素、C肽及TNF-α值。结果实验组血清葡萄糖、胰岛素、C肽及TNF-α值较对照组均明显降低(P〈0.05)。结论大黄对心肌缺血再灌注损伤导致的胰岛素抵抗有改善作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore if Dahuang could improve the effect on insulin resistance caused by ischemical reperfusion injury. Methods Twenty majority male rabbits were randomly divided into two groups:heart muscle ischemia-reperfusion group ( the control group ) and Dahuang treated group ( the experimental group), the experimental group was intragastric administration one time a day with 0.5% Dahuang fluid 5ml for 5 days,the control group was intragastric administration one time a day with 0.9% Sodium Chloride 5ml for 5 days, so as to establish ischemical reperfusion injury model. At the end of the experiment the contents of serum glucose, nsuline, C peptid and TNF-α in the two groups were detected. Results Compared with the control group,the contents of serum glucose,Insuline, C peptid and TNF-α were significantly lower in the experimental group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Dahuang has significantly protective effect against insulin resistance caused by myocardial ischemia reperfusion.
