| 摘 要： | 目的:研究高压氧治疗早发甲低患者的血清皮质醇水平,探索高压氧影响甲状腺功能的机制。方法:早发甲低患者42例,随机分为高压氧治疗组和对照组,每组21例,治疗前后测定血清皮质醇水平。结果:治疗组患者血清皮质醇水平较治疗前升高,且统计学差异显著(P<0.05)。对照组血清皮质醇水平未见明显变化。结论:高压氧干预可提高患者血清皮质醇水平,可能是促进甲状腺激素分泌的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the influence of hyperbaric oxygen on the hypothyroidism after131Ⅰ therapy.Methods:Fourty-two patients with hypothyroidism were divided into hbo group and normal group at radom.After therapy,got blood samples and test cortisol concentration in the blood serum was assayed.Results:In hbo group,higher level of cortisol were observed,and have significant different with before thrapy(P<0.05);no change of cortisol concentration in contrast group were seen.Conclusion:hyperbaric oxygen can improve the level of cortisol obviously,cortisol maybe play an important role in the improvement of thyroid function in hypothyroidism. |
