心理干预对住院癌症患者生存质量的影响

目的探讨心理干预对住院癌症患者生存质量的影响．为促进患者身心康复提供依据。方法癌症患者60例，随机分为研究组和对照组各30例。研究组实施为期6周的以健康信念模式教育、自我效能教育以及家庭治疗等形式的综合性心理干预．对照组则不实施该干预措施，仅给予支持性心理护理。6周后，采用健康状况问卷（SF-36）和症状自评量表（SCL-90）对两组癌症患者生存质量和心理健康水平进行评定。结果干预后．研究组患者SF-36和SCL-90量表评分显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论对癌症患者实施有效的心理干预能够提高其生活质量和心理健康水平，对患者的身心康复有着积极的促进作用。

A Study on Effect of Psychological Intervention on Life Quality of Cancer Inpatient

Objective To study the effect of psychological intervention on cancer inpatients' life quality,to provide the basis for promoting body and mind health of patients.Methods 60 case of cancer inpatients were divided into study group and control group by random.Study group were given the syntaxic psychological interventions such as health model education,self-efficient education and family education for 6 weeks,control group were given the supportability psychologica nursing only.And the effects were evaluated by SF-36 and SCL-90.Results The scores of all these scales were no different before study,but the study group was better than the control group after intervention.Conclusion Carrying out the psychological intervention for cancer inpatient could improve their life quality and mental health,it had the positive effect on promoting their body and mind health.
