微针配合抗敏修复液治疗难治性黄褐斑78例临床观察

目的观察微针疗法对难治性面部黄褐斑的治疗效果。方法随机纳入78例难治性黄褐斑患者,均采用微针疗法进行治疗,采用MASI评分(Melasma Area Severity Index,MASI)进行疗效评价。结果经过5次微针治疗以后,78例黄褐斑患者均有不同程度的改善。其中,15例(19.23%)改善率达到90.00%以上,39例改善率(50.00%)达到50%以上,23例(29.49%)改善率达到30%以上,总改善率为97.43%。78例患者在黄褐斑改善的同时,皮肤质地及耐受性均得到不同程度的改善。结论微针疗法对于黄褐斑具有明确疗效,未发现明显不良反应。

Clinical observation of micro-needle therapy combined with anti-allergic repair solution in the treatment of 78 cases of refractory melasma

Objective To investigate the effect of micro-needle therapy on refractory melasma.Methods Seventy-eight patients were randomly selected to enter the experimental group,all patients were treated with micro-needle,and evaluated with Melasma Area Severity Index(MASI).Results There were different degrees of improvement in 78 patients with melasma after 5 times of micro-needle therapy.Fifteen(19.23%)of them had the improvement rate more than 90.00%,39 cases(50.00%)had the improvement rate more than 50.00%,23 cases(29.49%)had the improvement rate more than 30.00%,the total improvement rate was 97.43%.At the same time,the skin texture and tolerance of all 78 patients improved.Conclusion Micro-needle therapy is effective,and provides a new method for the treatment of refractory melasma.
