口腔复合树脂表面分析方法的比较

摘    要:
目的比较四种测试方法对两种纳米复合树脂抛光表面的测试结果。方法两种纳米复合树脂Z350及Majesty在Sof-lex抛光盘抛光后依次由光泽度仪,原子力显微镜,机械表面粗糙度仪,扫描电镜检测,比较不同测试方法的特点。结果Z350表面粗糙度Ra值低,抛光表面平滑均一,光泽度仪,机械表面粗糙度仪能反映抛光表面的平均性质,扫描电镜实现表面观测从宏观至微观过度,原子力显微镜可以精确测量复合树脂表面微结构。结论采取多种测试方法综合测试,可将复合树脂材料性质与抛光效果关系完整而充分的表达出来。

Abstract:
Objective To compare the results of four different test techniques for two kinds of dental nano-composite resin polished surfaces. Methods After the surfaces of two composite resins,Z350 and Majesty,were polished by sof-lex polishing system,four surface analyzers were successively used to detect glossmeter,mechanical profilometer,SEM and AFM. Results Z350 showed a lower surface roughness value Ra. Both SEM and AFM could present the surface structure and composition of materials. The scanning electron microscope could achieve the macro-to micro-observation of surface and the atomic force microscopy could accurately measure the surface micro-structure of composite resin. Conclusion The comprehensive detection including a variety of testing methods can fully express the relationship between composite resin nature and polishing effect.
