活血化瘀中药调节血瘀证的分子机制研究进展

摘    要:活血化瘀中药具有通利血脉、促进血行、消散瘀血的作用,临床广泛用于治疗血瘀证。中药能够充分调动机体对疾病的预防功能,发挥多角度、多层面、多靶点的综合调控能力,作用于不同的组织器官达到治疗效果。目前关于血瘀证的相关研究较多,但主要聚焦在疗效观察和处方总结等方面,缺乏对中药作用机制的深入研究和归纳总结。中药治疗疾病强调整体观念,但由于其化学成分繁多、组方形式多样、作用机制复杂、干扰因素众多等,药物与疾病多重环节,多靶点之间相互作用及影响的认识不够彻底。近年来中医在应用中药治疗活血化瘀疗法方面积累了丰富的临床实践经验,并从整体、器官、细胞、分子等方面阐明了血瘀证的分子机制。为了明确活血化瘀中药的作用途径及靶点,本文通过系统地查阅和整理国内外相关文献资料,对活血化瘀中药治疗血瘀证的相关分子机制进行了综述,从血流动力学、血液流变学、抗血栓形成、微循环障碍、血管内皮损伤、抗炎症反应等不同角度探讨中药治疗血瘀证的分子机制,为中药治疗血瘀证及进一步开发利用提供参考依据。
