五参平律汤合律平治疗早搏96例临床观察

目的：观察五参平律汤合心律平对早搏的临床疗效，探讨可能的作用机理，方法：在对症治疗的基础上，随机分成五参平律汤合心律平组（治疗组），和单用心律平组（对照组）进行临床观察，结果：治疗组抗早搏总有效率为865，对照组为71．75，两组差异显著，P＜0．01。结论：五参平律汤合心律平治疗早搏明显优于单用心律平，可能机能为补心平律，活血通络，改善心肌营养，抑制异位节律及折返传导，是否同时具有抗心律平的致心律失常作用有待以后验证。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of 96 Premature Systole Cases with Wusheng Pinglu Decoction and Propafenone

Objective：To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Wusheng PingluDecoction in treating premature systole and explore the possible mechanism．Methods：Based on the symptom oriented treatment，all the cases were divided at random into and propafenone group．Results：The total effective rate sin the Wusheng Pinglu Decoction and propafenone groups were 86％ and 71．7％ respectively （P＜0．01）．Three cases were complicated with Ⅰ° atrioventricular block in the proafenone group．Conclusions：The combined use of Wusheng Pinglu Decoction and propafenone was better than the single use in treating premature systole．The working mechanism might lie in the fact that Wusheng Pinglu Decoction could improve the nutrition of the myocardium，inhibit the accelerated rhythm and reentrant conduction．
