双吻合器在低位直肠癌的保肛手术治疗中的应用

目的：估评双吻合器在低位直肠癌保肛手术中的应用。方法：回顾性总结我院自1999年1月．2004年6月对22例低位直肠癌患者，采用双吻合器法进行保肛术治疗，分析报告其手术治疗方法、疗效、以及并发症的分析。结果：22例患者中，术后1例发生吻合VI瘘，无出血与盆腔感染；所有患者标本两切端病理检查阴性，2例术后8月后发生远处肝转移，无局部复发，1年后因晚期转移死亡，其余未发现局部复发、转移等。结论：双吻合器在低位直肠癌的保肛手术效果确切。

The Application of the Double Stapling Technique for Anus Saving in Low Rectal Cancer

Objective:To evaluate the application of the double stapling technique for anus saving in low rectal cancer.Method:22 cases of the low rectal cancer were treated with the double stapling technique from January 1999 to June 2004.The surgical technique,the effect and the side effect were analyzed.Result:In 22 cases,one patient had anastomotic leakage,no patients had anastomic bleeding and infection.Two cases had liver metastasis 8 months later,died after one year.The others recovered well.Conclusion:These results suggest that the doubling stapling technique provide a safe alternative for anus saving operation in patients with rectal cancer.
