| 摘 要： | 目的探讨充血性心力衰竭四联基础联合用药（重点是血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、β-受体阻滞剂）初始剂量和目标剂量。方法36例充血性心力衰竭患者，除一般治疗外，以利尿剂为基础加用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂和美托洛尔进行治疗。采用适当初始剂量，逐渐加量达到靶剂量维持。结果患者心功能均得到明显改善。结论血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂和美托洛尔从小剂量开始，逐渐达靶剂量维持用药对治疗心力衰竭疗效显著。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the inital dosage and target dosage of four-drug combination(captopril and betaloc) in the treatment of congestive heart failure.Methods 36 patients with congestive heart failure were treated captopril and betaloc,which were started with low dosage,then approached the target dosage gradually.Results The heart functions of all cases were improved significantly.Conelusion The intial dosage of captopril and betaloc and significient effect in treating heart failure. |
