2008~2010年大理州直管单位食(饮)具消毒质量分析

摘    要:[目的]了解大理州直管餐饮业单位食(饮)具的消毒质量,分析其影响因素,保障广大人民群众的身体健康。[方法]采用大肠菌群试纸法对大理州直管餐饮单位的食(饮)具消毒效果进行分析。[结果]2008~2010年共抽检样品5540份,合格5137份,合格率为92.73%。3年间食(饮)具消毒合格率逐年上升,合格率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。四星级以上的酒店消毒合格率最高(98.90%),厂矿食堂消毒合格率最低(76.17%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。高温蒸汽法消毒的效果好于煮沸和化学消毒剂消毒。[结论]应加强直管单位特别是厂矿食堂食(饮)具消毒的监督监测工作。
