2006～2010年广州市越秀区法定虫媒传染病流行特征分析

[目的]掌握越秀区近5年虫媒传染病发病特点和流行特征。[方法]对2006～2010年越秀区法定报告虫媒传染病发病情况进行分析。[结果]2006～2010年越秀区累计报告法定虫媒传染病133例,年均发病率为2.29/10万,其中大塘街道最高(5.54/10万)。年均发病率,疟疾为0.19/10万,登革热为1.52/10万,流行性乙型脑炎为0.04/10万,流行性出血热为0.52/10万,钩端螺旋体病为0.04/10万。133例病人中,男性占57.14%,女性占42.86%;<20岁的占14.28%,20～50岁的占56.39%,>50岁的占29.33%;商业服务人员占18.04%,家务待业者占18.04%,离退人员占14.28%,干部职员占12.78%,工人、民工占11.28%,其他占27.82%;8～11月发病的占70.67%。2006～2010年发病率分别为5.29/10万、1.82/10万、0.69/10万、1.03/10万、2.05/10万。[结论]越秀区虫媒传染病疫情比较平稳,登革热为主要疾病。

Analysis on the Epidemiological Characteristics of Vector-borne Notifiable Infectious Diseases in Yuexiu District,Guangzhou City,2006-2010
