| 摘 要： | [目的]了解济南铁路辖区餐饮单位食(饮)具消毒效果,进一步加强消毒管理工作。[方法]2010年1～12月采集济南铁路辖区不同餐饮单位食(饮)具1 158份,按GB 14934-94大肠菌群快速检验纸片法检验大肠菌群。[结果]检测食(饮)具样品1 158份,合格的1 092份,合格率为94.30%。氯制剂浸泡法消毒合格率最高为98.28%,不同消毒方法消毒的食(饮)具合格率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);托幼机构合格率最高为100.00%,不同单位食(饮)具合格率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);茶杯合格率最高为100.00%,不同种类食(饮)具间合格率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]济南铁路辖区餐饮单位食(饮)具消毒合格率较高。 |
