| 摘 要： | 目的：考察氯霉素泼尼松搽剂皮肤用药的安全性。方法：分别对健康家兔进行皮肤急性毒性试验、皮肤刺激性试验，对健康豚鼠进行皮肤过敏性试验。结果：氯霉素泼尼松搽剂对家兔完整皮肤、破损皮肤均无明显急性毒性和局部刺激性，对豚鼠皮肤无过敏反应。结论：氯霉素泼尼松搽剂短期皮肤用药是安全的。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the application safety of chloramphenicol prednisone liniment. Methods: Acute skin toxicity and skin irritation were carried out on healthy rabbits, and kin allergic reaction was performed on healthy guinea pigs. Results: Chloramphenicol prednisone liniment had no obvious acute toxicity and local irritation to integral and damaged skin of rabbits, and no allergic reaction to the skin of guinea pigs. Conclusion: Chloramphenicol prednisone liniment is safe for short-term skin application. |
